Once again this year, the home Easter candle is intended to bring the light of the risen Christ into everyday life. The theme is spring and the associated festival of colors. After the harsh winter months, nature finally seems to want to show itself again – and how! Easter falls in the middle of spring – it could hardly be more fitting. The seemingly lifeless is transformed into life, the colorless into a colorful interplay. The Christ monogram (the golden symbol on the Easter candle) stands for the risen Jesus. He awakens hope, strength and love in us so that life can flourish again and again.
