Engelberg Benedictine monastery at the “Iheimisch” 2026

Engelberg monastery operations – local commitment since 1120

From 14 to 17 May 2026, the Benedictine monastery of Engelberg will be represented at the “Iheimisch” in Ennetbürgen – a diverse trade and experience exhibition with over 200 exhibitors from the region.
Under the motto “Monastery businesses – locally committed since 1120”, we present the diversity of our monastery’s own businesses and activities.

Engelberg Abbey has been firmly rooted in the region for over 900 years. We combine this long tradition with a lively present – and bring it together for you to experience at the “Iheimisch”.
You can look forward to our stand:

Insights into the various monastery operations
Exciting stories about our work since 1120
Fine specialties from the monastery: pear bread and the monastery’s own white wine

Get to know us personally and discover how versatile Engelberg Abbey is today. You will find us at stand H5.08.

We look forward to your visit!
