Congratulations!

We are delighted and proud that our apprentice Nicola Planzer has successfully completed his final apprenticeship examination as an EFZ chef. Over the past three years, the young man from Engelberg has received comprehensive training at the Grafenort restaurant. He has gained an insight into the most diverse areas of the kitchen and gastronomy. A big thank you also goes to Thomas Matter and his team at Wirtschaft Grafenort. Host Thomas Matter has himself completed the path from apprentice to trainer of young people and knows what specialist skills young people need to have in order to be successful in professional life later on. The Benedictine monastery of Engelberg has been committed to training young people for 905 years. The Grafenort business team can continue to count on Nicola Planzer’s support in the future until he has to go to recruit school in the winter. In his free time, the young professional can also be found on the football pitch, where he plays as a striker for the first team of the Engelberg sports club. We wish Nicola Planzer all the best for his professional and private future.
