Wirtschaft Grafenort, an Engelberg monastery establishment, was praised by renowned gastronomy journalist Wolfgang Fassbender (NZZ Bellevue, “Nachgewürzt”) as one of the best restaurants in the canton of Obwalden.
The carefully prepared, regional dishes and classic specialties made in-house were particularly praised. The cream slice made in-house is also expressly praised.
